Sommarøy bridge connects the island to Kvaløya island - Norways 5th largest and about the same size as Singapore. From Sommarøy, Hillesøy bridge connects Sommarøy and Hillesøy. Hillesøy to the left is the end of the road in Tromsø municipality.

Location
55 km west of Tromsø, where the road ends. Next island is Greenland. The journey is through beautiful blue fjords, mountain passes and small villages.
